I study, design, develop, implement, support, and manage systems, handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements. Serve as the subject-matter expert supporting Mac OS X, Windows, and widely used software and applications, such as Microsoft, Adobe, SkySlope, RMLS, DigiSign, DocuSign, ZipForms, and Google Workspace. I research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software and enable faster and smarter business processes which improves productivity.
